The KEYper Lockout/Tagout 1-Lock Management System is uniquely designed to keep lockout processes efficient, transparent, and compliant. It can be installed at the point of use to ensure potentially hazardous systems can be immediately secured without needing to leave the area.
How it works
A padlock is secured to the board and can only be released when an authorized user inserts their personalized Access Peg. The Access Peg remains locked in place until the padlock is returned, creating a simple mechanical audit trail that shows which user has accessed the padlock.
Each M1 system includes:
- Mouting board with mechanical locking system*
- 1 lock with 2 keys
- 1 Tamper Seal for the lock keys
- 1 user Access Peg
- 1 Name ID Tamper Seal
* The board is customizable with your logo and instructions.
Locks available in these colors: Blue, Green, Red, Silver, White, Yellow
Access Pegs available in these colors: Yellow, White, Red, Green, Blue, Fuchsia, Orange, Teal, Silver, Tan, and Lime
